Furthermore, we cannot overlook the concern regarding "human cognitive devolution" that arises as agents take over human decision-making. The warning that humans, having delegated all judgments to machines, might lose the ability for independent thought is a core issue in the philosophy of technological criticism.
Ultimately, the success or failure of the AI agent era depends on the "balance of control." Technology should be a tool that expands human limits, not a master that replaces humans.
